Trump in Putin's pocket ? Has Trump now abandoned Ukraine ?

Featured Replies

  • Popular Post

Despicable Putin appears to have undue influence over Trump's USA policy in this war. All reports of the recent Trump/Zelensky meeting point to Trump repeating the disgrace of that notorious Oval office meeting many months ago . . . .

Trump is apparently pushing demands for Ukraine to give away more of the Donbas region, while he also refuses to supply Ukraine with the long-range missiles they need to defend themselves - (that's despite the fact that Russia has been freely using them, unprovoked, for years). Zelensky's appeals seem to have gone unanswered again. Trump shows a similar reluctance to impose meaningful sanctions.

We have to fear for Europe too - hopefully Putin and his like will be ousted or die of old age before NATO countries come under more direct threat. Trump's USA cannot now be relied upon to be there for NATO and Europe?

Trump seems more worried about his ballroom than the most serious matters in World affairs. What a sad day it was when he was elected.

Where exactly is this appearance located, in your head or propaganda delusions administered by the media?

Trump is also, apparently, concerned that pushing too much might actually worsen this conflict and possibly make other conflicts more likely elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply Nova. Yes it's 'in my head' as a position taken from observing Trump's own comments since he took office. His actions clearly do not match his words and in the build up to this latest letdown, the contrast is dramatic.

I'm interested if you can demonstrate otherwise. Please explain.

Fair comment N - but wouldn't that be an argument against ever defending oneself ?

Deriving assumptions based on imaginary notions leads to delusional dispositions and is foolish. Try using concrete evidence without conflated nuances, you’ll find that your confidence level will increase.

Your reply is no more than bluster Nova. I've watched what Trump actually says, (can't get more concrete than that) and it doesn't match what he does. But good try . . . .

Trump is a traitor. Just ask the Syrian Kurds. Putin has bought him 100%.

Utter delusion and blind by a failed ideological disposition based on short sightedness and presumptions. So much so that you are in such a state of denial that you are incapable of citing a single thing productive of what the administration is doing, no doubt most on the left anymore are past the point of no return.

Well there’s a failed correlation, it’s no wonder many on the left don’t ever make sense.

Typical lie of Russia hoaxers.

Duh. Israel. The country that in the warped and dangerous minds of the anti semites controls the world.

Nova - more big words don't make your bluster more credible. What is more 'concrete' than observing what Trump actually says and does himself?

Nova, it's you, be you left or right, that doesn't make any sense today. Myself, I'm 'left' on some things and 'right' on others. I make my mind up on the evidence I see. Try it?

If those words are too big for you then you got yourself a big problem. As stated earlier, no wonder the left never make any sense.

I hope the ballroom turns out nice. Nothing like a swanky ballroom to lift your spirits.

After another turn from trump after a conversation with Putin, it's obvious he is valuing Putin's opinion more than that of zelensky and the Europeans.

Have you considered getting that observed by a professional?

Your op lacks any understanding of strategic forethought. Just another anti Trump rambling rant with no substance.

Hi Jam, thanks for yours.

Re. no.1 - you do a cute bit of selective quoting. You should quote the whole sentence . . . which was " 'Yes it's 'in my head' as a position taken from observing Trump's own comments since he took office."

Re. no. 2 - your comment, "strategic forethought" - you talk of Trump? I can hardly stop laughing over that idea. Trump and thought - I mean it's just too much for a soul to bear. Hilarious. And a "rambling rant with no substance" is surely the preserve of Trump himself and his devotees.

The latest call between Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin has proved to be a barrel of laughs for Russian state media propagandists, military experts, and State Duma officials, who are convinced that the U.S. president is following the Kremlin’s plan to help vanquish Ukraine.

Trump/Putin meeting in Budapest seems to just have been postponed or cancelled.
