Jeffrey Epstein confirmed in an email that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was photographed with Virginia Giuffre, according to newly released evidence. The email, allegedly sent by Epstein, states, "Yes she [Giuffre] was on my plane and yes she had her picture taken with Andrew." This revelation appears to contradict Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's previous denials of having met Ms. Giuffre or that the photograph might be doctored.

The email, dated July 2011 and published along with over 20,000 pages of Epstein's correspondence, comes to light amidst fresh scrutiny. Ms. Giuffre, a leading accuser of Epstein, claimed that Andrew had sexual relations with her when she was a teen. Although Andrew denied these accusations, he settled out of court with Ms. Giuffre in 2022, with no admission of liability.

Epstein’s email to his publicist follows the exposure of Ms. Giuffre in the Mail on Sunday, which also featured the contentious photograph with Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison term for sex trafficking. In a 2019 BBC Newsnight interview, Andrew denied meeting Ms. Giuffre, questioning the photograph's authenticity.

These documents, released by House Oversight Committee Democrats, further indicate ongoing contact between Epstein and Andrew. Despite Andrew's claims that their relationship had ended, an email from March 2011 hints at continued communication about public allegations tied to Maxwell’s London residence in 2001.

Epstein forwarded the Mail on Sunday’s email to Andrew, who replied emphatically, denying knowledge of the allegations and expressing his distress. The story eventually ran with claims about Andrew’s alleged misconduct at Epstein's properties, reported the BBC.

The documents also depict attempts by Epstein to undermine Giuffre’s credibility. In his email to his publicist, Epstein suggested investigating Giuffre to alleviate the "agro" caused by Andrew. This document release coincides with Democrat calls for Andrew to answer questions in their Epstein inquiry, a request he has yet to fulfil. Congressman Suhas Subramanyam mentioned Andrew could testify remotely.

Interest in Andrew's connection with Epstein and Maxwell reignited after Ms. Giuffre's memoir publication, leading to Andrew being stripped of titles earlier this month.
