The latest from the UK is that a Kiwi fruit taken once a day is effective for those 1 in 9 that suffer constipation 

on "alone" -a program where men and woman can apply to contest who can stay in the bush and survive for the longest,

constipation is probably the nr 1 reason they have to give up
