Boring answer, but how much are you willing to spend? What is the occassion? etc. Plenty of places and the sky is the limit? Provide some more info and I am happy to suggest some places, and I am sure that other forum members can do the same.

Yes more information is needed. There is everything here from 5 star hotel with great ballrooms to tennis clubs and even the Bangkok Club on Satorn which is good location. Most of these places will just charge you for the food and drink. Occasion?

100-200 people is not a big number so every 4-5 stars in Bangkok will be able to cater for you. Like others have said, what occasion? do you have a budget? themed party or just a place to eat drink and chat? cocktail party or sit down dinner?
