Just to let you guys know about this lady in Hat Yai, a friend of mine bought me a fruit cake for Christmas and had it shipped to Phuket, seem she will ship anywhere, 

I have to let you all know about this lady who make superb fruitcake. She is in Hat Yai and will ship for you anywhere in Thailand; she shipped for us to Phuket.

RUM FRUITCAKE SPECIAL MENU,

Because the baker marinates rum for a long time using dried fruits, rum fruitcake is a particular menu item that I have to purchase for a while. One more million to go... However, the dried fruits are marinated until they are moist, supple, and have a rum flavour. Waiting for it is worthwhile.

Make up with cashews, almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, dried fruits, and oranges that the baker boils. Until it is as sweet as usual, it is not combined. The orange peel will have a delicate, aromatic, and revitalising texture.
