Frederica, if you can’t quite manage to escape the gravitational pull of your own religious and moral fanaticism, then at least try to stop taking yourself so seriously. Life is too short for that. It’s supposed to be enjoyed, and the occasional laugh is generally good for the soul. Take a look at yourself. You tie yourself up in knots, then apparently decide those tight knots aren’t sufficiently holding and proceed to twist them even tighter. Lighten up, mate. I don’t take any of the garbage written here seriously, but I do get a considerable giggle out of the people who do. Try looking at things from another perspective for a change. Plenty of people come here simply for a bit of banter and a laugh. I’m not here to viciously attack anyone, although there are certainly people who seem to treat that as their primary recreational activity. It’s actually rather sad to watch. And if you want a particularly good example, look at that malignant site pest with his two dozen accounts that you spend so much of your day arguing with. If your concern is people who do nothing but insult others, I’m rather fascinated that you’ve chosen to spend so many of your waking hours engaging with precisely that sort of nonentity. There really is more to life than all the people here who manage to wind you up. You don’t have to attend every argument to which you’ve been invited. The difference is that I clearly understand what the game here is all about. You seem to think every post is a matter of existential importance, which might explain why you’re perpetually outraged by what other people write. I realize there’s probably no getting through to you, but I’m putting this out there anyway, just in case something miraculous happens and an epiphany finally arrives courtesy of “the will of God.” If that happens, do let us know. I’m sure it will be a very long post.
