January 6Jan 6 I am applying for a Non O based on marriage to a Thai Spouse. I will apply from the UK and will use my UK bank account for the financial requirements. When the 90 days are up and I need to extend for a year ,how long does the ฿400,000 need to be seasoned for ?

Some might require 3 months if you are trying to convert to the visa inside of Thailand, but you should be clear with 2 months. You are wise to get away from Bangkok Bank and their shenanigans.

Krungsri ?
January 6Jan 6 Can't go wrong with Kasikorn, good app, the highest transfer limit that Wise offers, and everywhere in Thailand. But if you are in Udon Thani, it might be less about which bank you want, and more about which bank branch actually lets you open an account. Some people have issues in the further flung provinces.

January 6Jan 6 Two months but it varies by Immigration office. Best to be safe and be able to produce a three month statement. My office wanted three months. I give them a year now.
