On the night of Tuesday, February 3, Russia carried out another massive combined strike on Ukraine's energy facilities.

It cost Russia more than $324 million, according to Ukraine's Defense Intelligence.

In total, Russia used 562 air attack weapons, including Iskander and RM-48U ballistic missiles, hypersonic 3M22 Zircon and 3M55 Onyx missiles, Kh-101, 9M728 Iskander-K and Kh-32 cruise missiles. Russians also launched Geran and Garpiya drones, as well as Gerbera drone simulators.

“Instead of improving living conditions and developing infrastructure in its own regions, the Kremlin spent these funds on strikes against Ukraine's civilian infrastructure,” the statement said.

79.2% of Russia's resources were wasted, as Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 450 air targets.
