where in bkk can i go to be measured for custom made jeans?

i have a friend who is an athlete (body builder) .. and he has very muscular (ie large) thighs. so he finds it hard to get

regular levi's that fit well (waist and length ok, but the upper leg/thigh size no go)

There are one or two shops under Siam Theatre that have this service.

They sale jeans but also has custom made too.
