My wife is looking to purchase some chanot titled farmland in the Phang Nga area. I would like to set up a usufruct for myself on this title. Can anyone recommend any lawyers in the Phuket/Phang Nga area for a smooth process? I understand it is also at the discretion of the local land department, any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Best to look for something outside Phuket..., maybe better in Phang Nga, I heard all in Phuket are in the same gang, high prices, little work or proper checks and long delays for everything...!
