Ukrainian forces struck a Russian missile, ammunition and explosives arsenal near the village of Kotluban in Volgograd Oblast on the night of 11-12 February, as part of systematic measures to reduce Russia's offensive potential. The facility belonged to Russia's Main Missile and Artillery Directorate.

Details: The Ukrainian military said the facility was one of the largest ammunition storage hubs used by Russian forces. 

Ukrainian forces used domestically-produced FP-5 Flamingo long-range missiles in the attack. 

Powerful explosions were recorded at the site, followed by secondary detonations. Information on the extent of the damage is being gathered
