August 22, 200718 yr Hey guys, I am looking for a few things, hardware stuff - not too easy to find in CM. List of things Some Lime, about 2 KGs. A hack saw with spare blades, preferable to a wood saw. An axe, any kind will do, but i'd prefer an axe to a machete. Some pliers, just the normal sort. A scalpal. A shovel. Some protectivve gloves, if can't find any of them some rubber washing up gloves will do. Some heavy duty tape, masking tape would be perfect. Some washing line, the sort we used back in the UK with the plastic coating. A ball hammer. Cheers
August 22, 200718 yr If you turn onto the outer ring road from Hang Dong rd. You will soon get to a very large D.I.Y. store on your left. They have quite a lot of stuff in there.
August 22, 200718 yr :D Sounds like a serial killer's shopping list to me. Hope you are not serious! Edited August 22, 200718 yr by qualtrough
August 22, 200718 yr I agree with qualtrough! Have you got yourself into some sort of local media war?! As long as I'm not on the hit list then head off to Global House - head down Hang Dong road, turn left at the next main intersection after the runway, keep on this ring road and it is unmissable on the left. You may even find some sulphuric acid and nice bottle of Chianti. JxP Edited August 22, 200718 yr by JuniorExPat

August 22, 200718 yr I think James might be collecting material for a Citylife article on medical murderers.
August 22, 200718 yr It's a bit of a rip but Home Pro has a pretty good selection of kit if you're in that region.

August 23, 200718 yr dyinganimal, how long are we going to have to wait for the punchline? He appears to be having difficulty with the quote function. CB
August 23, 200718 yr Thanks a lot, looks like its Homepro then. Never been too good with stuff like that. Not a Citylife story actually, i am writing a short story for a UK anthology called the Forum Murders, very tongue in cheek, not a murder story but more of dark comedy. I am sorry to use you in this way, but i needed to know if i would recieve any replies if i made it pretty clear my intention was murder. I'll send you a copy of the story when its done if you like. Thanks for clearing that up, I think several people were making mental notes to avoid a certain local journalist. Would be interested to read the finished piece. Now, what's the story with all the parrot grief? JxP PS: A journo/writer should be able to spell receive! (or at least turn the spellcheck on!)

Hate to see birds in cages, it's just wrong. In my opinion. Bad mood. Some heavy duty tape, masking tape would be perfect. Some washing line, the sort we used back in the UK with the plastic coating. Glad to see that you are in good humour today though! For what it's worth I think your opinion is correct. Will you post the final story or a link to it here when it's done? JxP

August 25, 200718 yr :D Sounds like a serial killer's shopping list to me. Hope you are not serious! DA, dont forget the bleach, it will remove all blood stains from the boot and mask the smell of rotting flesh, also some heavy duy pvc rubbish bags, at least 50" ones with the draw string so nothing seeps out........... may also be best if you put on an apron to prevent splatter as your using an axe, hhmm what else, oh yeah put on the Soppranos for some good ideas maybe hes going to CM zoo to free the birds might be easier to go down Loy Khroy to free a few there, careful thou, the man-eating, wallet devouring, social diease carrying breed usually circle in packs there
