Featured Replies

The Bangkok Post reported that authorities have found that a popular tested protein powder in Thailand contains only a fraction of advertised protein content, just around 8% and are filled up with starch and carbohydrates. No details or brand names have been confirmed yet. The FDA is following up this matter under review.

Will be interesting to see which brands involved. The last few years I have brought with me protein from home. But the plan is to be here permanent later this year.

Buy from iHerb, and they should be authentic supplements. I only buy from iHerb for that reason. Order 1400 thb worth, and shipping is free, though still a VAT & duty due, and prepaid.

My problem is, I only take / order a couple, and only when 20% or more discount, and with their 2 pcs max of any product per order, I sometimes have a hard time hitting 1400, if out of the larger quantity container.

I think a lot of shoppers have same mindset, as larger sizes seem to sell out fast.

I agree Iherb is the best place for quality.

I payed 3800,- baht for 6kg whey back home last trip for good quality at sale. Creatine looks cheap at Iherb at least. In Norway 1kg is around 1350 for good quality of monohydrate.

Last and first time I bought Creatine, it was only 20% off. For me, it last a long time, as only take ~1 tsp / 3gr a day.
