I tend to sing alot when drinking, I get very happy, friendly and tend to loose inhibitions... I try very hard not to drink when depressed as this does not help at all !

I am usually a quite person, but when you add alcohol I tend to talk to much.

I can drink beer all day long and be pleasant.

If I drink wiskey it is like putting supermans cape on me. There isn't anything I can't do. Most of the time I lose friends or go to jail when I drink wiskey. The good part is I recognize this problem and therefore do not drink wiskey.

One thing for sure, I find all the solutions from making a better world to taking the wife along, next time.

Problem, when sober I forgot all these intuitions.

Tried before to write my ideas down, problem, could not read it next day.

I am one that should never have drank, I have always been kinda hair triggered,and with booze under the belt,it was a problem that just got worse.

Seems like I would find ways to get in jail much easier than anyone else, Just about everywhere I went that drinking was legal I would get in trouble.

It is a common Chinese and Japanese thing at least. I'll bet you a few bhat its typical of Koreans as well. I don't know as much about Thais, though. I don't *remember* seeing many red faced Thais around.

I would guess that the most important factor is skin tone. If you are really pale its gonna show up much more easily. Caucasians have been known to appear jolly with the occasional draught, as well. My *guess* is that skin-wise, Thai's are on par with Caucaisions for ruddiness.

Also, everyone gets red to a certain amount, because alcohol increases circulation. Some people have better circulation, and / or their circulatory system responds better to the alcohol. -Incidentally, increased circulation is what the positive health effects of drinking a glass 'o wine, or anything else alcoholic, (Except for maybe Leo ) a day is attributed to.

Genes are likely to play a part, as the amount/size of blood vessels is important, but I'm pretty sure I remember hearing something about the size and number of blood vessels- in particular capilaries- is strongly influenced by some environmental contitions as well.

But I'm just talking outa my ear. Any doctors in the house?

If I'm out with the guys I work with, I'll go on and on about these amazing all-purpose solutions we could develop and take over the world with (proper geek like) saying they'll only take a few days to develop and it'll be just what everybody needs because it'll be great!!!

Then I go in the office the next day with a fuzzy head and browse websites all day instead (including this cursed (but also great) attention-grabber)

Drinking? it's best it I don't. I never know what the heck I will do.

Ahhhh the old "truth drug"

Alcohol magnifies my mood...

If I am unhappy, I get very very depressed.

If I am happy - I am very entertaining and have been known to be embarassing depending on what poison I'm drinking.

If I like somebody a lot - I start to love them.

If I've had a long day - I fall asleep, which can be embarrassing if I'm on the Skytrain or in a busy bar.
