Who is the man who sold our world?

Dear Folks,

Conspiracy Theories aside, who, =really=, is the man who sold our world?

Gemini_Generated_Image_He Sold the World.png

Where is Bowie, these days, when we need him most?

Do you have faith?

Faith in our leadership?

If not, then...

Why not?

Better listen to this, from times gone by, when the world made more sense...

And, to any young people who might be reading my words....I say....

Eat your little hearts out, since....those days, long gone, were so much better...

Just listen the lyrics of Deep Purple.....

The Vietnam War was so much better, then.

There was, at that time, far less the sense of hopelessness about the world.

Instead, we had anxiety, in our naivete.

You really cannot win in this world because....

=====================

Well they'll stone you when you're trying to be so good;
They'll stone you just like they said they would.
They'll stone you when you're tryin' to go home;
And they'll stone you when you're there all alone.

{Chorus}
But I would not feel so all alone
Everybody must get stoned!

Well they'll stone you when you're walkin' on the street,
They'll stone you when you're tryin' to keep your seat,
They'll stone you when you're walkin' on the floor,
They'll stone you when you walk in through the door.

{Chorus}

They'll stone you when you're at the breakfast table.
They'll stone you when you are young and able.
They'll stone you when you're tryin' to make a book.
They'll stone you and then they'll say good luck.

{Chorus}

Well they'll stone you and say that it's the end,
Then they'll stone you and come back again.
They'll stone you when you're riding in your car;
They'll stone you when you're playing your guitar.

{Chorus}

Well they'll stone you when you are all alone.
They'll stone you when you are walkin' home.
They'll stone you and then say they're all brave,
They'll stone you when you're sent down in your grave.

============================

This is just the way the world works, unfortunately.

I wish it were not so.

Best regards,

Gamma

It’s always a bit curious to watch someone relocate halfway across the world, only to drag the entire psychological baggage of the place they left behind right along with them.

The whole point of coming to an exotic place like SE Asia, for most, is to step away from that constant noise of politics, conspiracy theories, and reduce life to simpler, more immediate concerns, the price of eggs, chicken and rice, whether the air con is cold enough, or whether or not to go for a happy ending massage in the afternoon.

Yet somehow you seem more fixated on the problems of the West now than when you were actually living in it. At that point it stops being about the world out there, and starts looking more like a bad habit you unsuccessfully left behind.

The world, in general.

Don't you feel it?

You've never seen bigger corruption before.

Perhaps you are thinking of some different form of corruption.

Are you referring to the corruption of the body, or the soul, or in government?

Please be specific.

Speak for yourself, I didn't come here for hand jobs and care for the oppressed around the world.

Go to the temple and learn some compassion.

WAN It

Move to Thailand, put the shades on, sunset skin and a rented dawn. Everything’s proper, polished, correct, tailored neatly to suit my effect.

Here, it’s perfect. Here, it’s for me. A private kingdom by a private sea. No need to bother with all the rest, just me and mine, and that is best.

Let the world drift, let the old ship sway, let storms roll in some other way. I’m fine, I’m good, I’m doing okay, I’ve mastered the elegant art of looking away.

If the markets crack and the systems break, if whole lives drown in a banker’s mistake, I’m fine. I’m fine. What can I say? My coffee is hot, and I’m paid through May.

If my neighbor’s dragged through a righteous flame, politely ruined in justice’s name, I’m fine. Unmoved. Untouched. Secure. As long as my own walls still endure.

If children hunger, if old men plead, if whole towns wither for lack of need, I’m fine. There’s really no cause for alarm. Their sorrow, of course, can’t do me harm.

And if I get sick? Well, money can speak. It smooths the strong and rescues the weak. I’ll pay my way out, I’ll buy my care, or let insurance perform its prayer.

No worries. WAN it. Wait and see. The tide won’t rise high enough for me. The world can burn in its grand despair — I’ve got dark glasses and tropical air.

So let it all sail where it’s going to go, the wreckage below, the smoke below. I’m okay. I don’t care. Can’t you see? It’s all politically perfect for me.

I think it's safe to say that Trump is making very few decisions on his own, and he's very likely a willing puppet being manipulated by the Deep State, which are more than likely a group of ridiculously rich pathological super freaks who care not one iota for the average man. It is all about money and power for them and they use Trump because they realize he was an idiot, and they realized he could be very easily led, blackmailed, and manipulated.

We have a tendency to blame everything on him and for those of us that despise him I think we exaggerate his level of malice and evil. I'm not saying he's not malicious and evil, but he's just a willing imbecile, and a moron puppet who makes Forrest Gump look like a nuclear physicist.

So far, no one has sold the world.
Donnie is in the process of destroying the USA, if he could, he would sell the USA and then the whole world. But it must be a good deal!

It's quite amazing how somebody could give a thumbs down to the statement that you just made. You really have to be wearing blinders, drinking a lot of Kool-Aid, or just living in complete denial to not even be man enough to admit how correct your statement is. Even if you agree with most of Trump's policies, a reasonable, objective and open-minded person can at least admit that he's the most corrupt president in American history, there's really no debate about that.

I do have friends who support him, but are at least willing to say he's a butt head, he's an incredibly ugly person, I despise him personally, but I do support a lot of his policies.

The question being asked is who is the man who sold our world ? The answer is no one man, or woman., but many since the beginning of time. There will be many more until, finally, our world is engulfed by the expanding Sun. Life on Earth will have ceased to exist long before that happens. Meantime we will have been sold and resold many times over.

Yet more ravings of a psychopathic introvert.

Some things never change.

I saw a quote elsewhere:-
"I always expected to see the world destroyed by powerful men, but I never thought they would be such losers"
