:o Here's the thing...I was hired by a Thai company and since I'm from the Philippines my employer will need to

work the documents in Thailand such as the Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour,

My Question is, does anyone have an idea how long it will take to get the letter of approval upon submitting the WP3?

Do I have to translate my school credentials and employment certificates in Thai language?

Secondly, Do I really need to have an Evidence of adequate finance 20,000 Baht per person? or Can my employer will sponsor it?

Is it really hard to obtain a Non-working Visa "B" here in the Philippines or is it much easier if I will just go in Thailand as tourist and fix my working visa and working permit there???

Hoping that you can shed me a light in the dark alley that I am with right now...all advice will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
