OK, I should have specified, though thought it was obvious, USA involved in a war. Since I did state they are declared by Congress, I thought that would have been obvious.

So, because it wasn't formally declared a war, the Korean War and the Vietnam War weren't really wars? And because Putin declares the assault on Ukraine a Special Military Operation, that isn't a war either? So maybe it was really the Vietnam Special Military Operation and the Korean Special Military Operation?
