Landlord is meant to advise Immigration on arrival but some don't want to

I don't see that discussed lately. When you go forbextension they check that first, no have, 2k fine sometimes. Before anyone agrees to rent a condo they should agree with the landlord they will do the TM30, put it in the agreement

That is for change of address. For most immigration offices if you are returning to your usual place of residence a new, TM30 is not required. Best M.O is to obtain a TM30 (update) if you have business with immigration. For example renew extension etc

You clearly stated taking a one year Lease.Slightly different but by way of example I live (rent 12 month lease) in apartment and previously traveled a lot.2020 covid opted to stay on an island for 8 months. When returned walked straight to room.

Find a place, chill and take off again. Then come back after traveling and its like.... you are home. Open the door its your bed, your toilet, your clothes. You can travel with a carry on because you have a base. Stand in front of my window, look at the boats go up and down the Chao Phraya. And it costs far less that an hotel, even when paying for when you arent in Asia (April through August/September)No matter what, there is always a monkey wrench. Covid. Ukraine war. Iran war. Damn Thais and Cambodians acting like kids, closing the damn border making my life difficult. Freaking Georgians, recriminalizing weed.

You can keep all your stuff in Thai condo and travel often or as long as you wish. Even some snowbirds use this plan.

Oh the good old days, renting an apartment in Silver Place, opposite Xzyte nightclub ♥️ Mate, please stop drinking or halve your medication or both
