Every time I open Lazada on my PC, there are anywhere between 20 and 50 chat messages from companies I have used in the past, years ago. I delete them, and on next opening they are back. I must delete each one individually. On the phone app, they can all be deleted in one click, but they are still on the PC. I have been through all the Notification settings, and spoken to Laz Helpline, but to no avail.

Anyone know how to stop this please?

Not sure if you searched AI, but this is how it works,

• Chrome/Edge/Firefox:

  1. On the Lazada homepage, click the Lock icon 🔒 located on the left side of the address bar.

  2. Locate the Notifications option.

  3. Toggle it to Block or Disable. 

2. Mute Chat Sounds and Alerts in Account Settings 

1. Log in to your Lazada buyer account on a desktop browser.

2. Go to your profile (top right corner) and access Account Settings.

3. Look for Message Settings or Chat Settings.

4. Toggle off Chat Message notifications to stop sound alerts. 

3. Disable Promotional Chat Messages (Store by Store) 

To stop sellers from sending spam, you must turn off promotional messages individually: 

1. Open the chat box with a specific store.

2. Click on the settings/gear icon in the chat window.

3. Toggle off Promotional Messages. 

Don't go into messages unless you are expecting a message
