Studying Medicine In The Third World?

Featured Replies

i own a few websites and i very comfortable financially. i have no college. i am wondering if it would be possible for me to go to school to become a doctor in thailand or vietnam? i wouldnt expect anyone to hire me overseas, but perhaps i can set up my own nose job center in thailand, for example. I would have to learn Thai fluently. Is this completely impossible?

Since the "seats" in most credible medical schools are at a premium, I doubt they would admit you in Thailand and take that seat away from a Thai, knowing full well you couldn't practice medicine upon graduation as it is a prohibited occupation for falang.

Know nothing about Vietnam, but I suspect it is the same there.

I suspect that SiamSquare is as serious about enrolling in medical school (with no prior degree) as he was about dry humping his girlfriend's uncle before SiamSquare claimed to be a devout Christian. Topic closed.
