Thanks for the replies, I prefer not to use Lazada as I really need the charger now for business. Any other options in the Tukcom area?

If your laptop is recent model, it might support USB-C charging. Usually 65W fast phone chargers (GaN models) available at mobile shops could do the job. If it supports charging, that would be the fastest way to get it charged up and likely one of cheapest options for a charger. I use Baseus, UGreen and Essager 65W fat credit card type chargers and they work well on MacBook and HP EliteBook/ZBook/Envy laptops, although the G1i Elitebook complains that I should use 100W charger, but fills it up with 65W one in less than an hour anyway.

Tukcom is ghost central.

Is there not an ACER Main dealer in town.

OR, get it posted from Bkk, arrives the next day.

Is Tukcom really dried up? I haven't been there in years but I did always enjoy rummaging thru with look at the kiosks and what was on offer in the various corners. Found a lot of potentially useful doo dads over the years to waste a few baht. Always seemed to find whatever odd or unique cable or connector was needed. And Oh my goodness at the deals on CDs back in the day.....

I guess Lazada and Shopee is taking a toll.

The shop in Tuk Com on the third floor was still there when I went to it for a new Acer Laptop charger at the end of March. Come up the escalator, turn left and it's in front of you. They have a cabinet full of what looks like every laptop charger there is but I can't remember their name. They do power leads as well.

If Tukc is your preferred outlet,

Then go to the very top floor, and as you get off the escalator, there is a spares store directly facing you.

Take your laptop with you because they also sell the ones with switchable plugs.

Failing that face the escalator turn right, and there is a very helpful young lady who maybe have one or know who has

I don't know about 2nd-hand or in Pattaya, but you can buy new ones online at Lazada, Shopee, or probably many other sites. The most important thing for you to do right now is stay off your balcony in Pattaya.

Take the baht bus where ever you decide to go... Oh and don't forget the new fare structure!!

Wattana on Pattaya Klang, opposite Foodland
