Trump extends ceasefire with Iran indefinitely, until "discussions are concluded"

— President Trump is extending the ceasefire in the war with Iran until talks between the U.S. and Iran are "concluded," he announced Tuesday, despite previously saying he wouldn't extend the deadline.

The president said he is granting the ceasefire extension at Pakistan's request, and blamed Iran's "seriously fractured" government for the delay. He said he is giving Iranian officials more time to "come up with a unified proposal."

Do you understand how badly blazemaster's correction undercuts this claim of yours: "Good move by Trump. Pakistan wants it. The US is their biggest trading partner." But thanks for the irony.

The American economy is booming. Record exports.

Your topic is just another Trump hating one.

No you didn't. The sentence is all wrong for exports. You meant imports.

Pakistani usa exports are around 14 percent of their total. Canada's exports to the usa account for 67 percent of our total.

Or am I reading all this wrong ?

The US is their largest export market. It's too bad your English is so bad you can't understand anything. Countries benefit from exports not imports unless imports are dirt cheap and American products are not. That is why they import cheap products from China. It is clear you never read a book on economics. Too busy on left wing Trump hate sites.

You wrote that the US is their biggest trading partner. That's China by a long shot. More irony from you.

It is their biggest trading partner. Exports bring in money. Without exports it is hard to grow an economy.

You then claimed it was imports because you didn't know.

Partnerships work both ways. The USA is Pakistan's biggest export recipient.

So I guess now the policy of the Trump administration is not America First but rather Pakistan First.

LOL!

"Booming". I bet you think it's also "best ever", because your cult leader said it, and he's more infallible---or is that infallible-er---than a Pontiff. Not sure the latest GDP figures back that up, but cult members are, by their very nature, blind to reality. Heck, they even think China is paying the tariffs and that Trump is a stable genius, 6'3" and 215 lbs, and stopped the 1994 Rwandan Genocide.

Kind of reminds me of that "former" member named Sparktrader, who once boasted of making 5000 baht in one day trading. No doubt that boast made Jim Simons and Ray Dalio envious. I suspect he had to change his name ten times for security reasons, as that level of wealth is sure to attract those with ill intent.

I hope that guy is enjoying his financial windfall, no matter where he is.

"Sad deflection" is a personal comment though. Trump inflation is lower than Biden. Trump real wages are higher than Biden. Trump's war is going better than any US war in history. Record exports. Unemployment is low.

If you bothered to look at the data you would know this.

Must be more "sad deflection" from the Biden disaster.

Whatever the truth of your version of history may be, and it's ridiculous, it has nothing to do with the current and likely future consequences of the war on Iran.

Trump stated that the goals of this war were, among other things, the unconditional surrender of Iran, regime change, and the surrender of all nuclear materials. Which of these goals has he achieved?

It's a proven fact that Iran has unconditionally surrenders, that the regime has been changed, and that it has surrendered all its nuclear material? Which alternative universe are you reporting on?

You called your claims "proven facts". You got a time machine or a crystal ball. Most people would understand that calling a possible future event a proven fact makes no sense. But, apparently, it makes sense to you.
