FACEBOOK AND MESSENGER

HI ALL

I think it is not just me but well over a month now Facebook and completely changed for the worse in that some post one can reply too and others have to insert an icon then let's you post.
Also on Facebook messenger I have a PIN number but sometimes on sites, your account is restricted due to unusual activity on your account, and it seems mentioning Thailand ie Thai Division one triggers it.

My VPN location thinks moves around, but on this Messenger saying fix it and up comes an Instgramme message on a Facebook heading asking for an facial to prove it is reallty you.
I do not have a mobile and use my partners and in any case some sites all ok but other do not let you in.
