AIS annual internet package auto-renewal.

Featured Replies

I've received a message from AIS telling me that my annual THB2,500 internet package will automatically renew on 3rd May. But I know that it won't because there's no money in my a/c!

Is it possible to link a card (or my Bangkok Bank a/c) to my a/c to ensure the package does, in fact auto-renew? I've scoured the AIS website and found a "card-link" page but, it seems to only relate to phone calls.

I'd like to do the above in order to ensure that "auto-renewal" occurs on the correct date and not before.

TIA.

David.

I have an auto renewal on my True account and it always renews (from my balance) on the correct date. I can't imagine why AIS would do otherwise.

Please explain what you mean by "from my balance."

The phone account balance.

Add Bt.2500 to yours for the auto renew.
