Late Night Host Jimmy Fallon Details Trump's Seeming Aphasia

Featured Replies

  • Popular Post

Aphasia, per Wikipedia, is:

Aphasia, also known as dysphasia,[a] is an impairment in a person's ability to comprehend or formulate language because of dysfunction in specific brain regions.[2] The major causes are stroke and head trauma; prevalence is hard to determine, but aphasia due to stroke is estimated to be 0.1–0.4% in developed countries.[3] Aphasia can also be the result of brain tumors, epilepsy, autoimmune neurological diseases like multiple sclerosis,[4] infection of the brain,[5] or neurodegenerative diseases like dementias.[6][7]

Comedian Jimmy Fallon, in his May 5th monologue, played several clips of Trump's inability to pronounce many words. It seems rather apparent that Trump has aphasia, though I am not a physician.

The monologue is funny, but then it's not, as the guy with the mental problem also has the nuclear codes that in moments, with no one to stop him, could initiate Armageddon.

The first 4 minutes of Fallon's monologue note the seeming aphasia, but also shows Trump once again equating a cognitive test (used to measure cognitive decline) with IQ. Trump boasts about being able to tell which of 4 animals (lion, bear, alligator, squirrel) is a squirrel. Yes, he did say that question was an easy one, but he seems unaware that such a question is not something that would be on an IQ test, but would be on a cognitive test.

Anyway, this is a "capsicle" into Trump's declining cognitive ability...."you know this...Karen?" (Watch the video and you get it.).

"But Biden!"....coming in 3...2...1

You Tube counts or else anybody could just post any old crap to advance an argument. I know as an avowed Zionist you don't believe in the interantional rules based order but them's the rules. Sorry about that - but nice soft porn we can agree on that ! If you can find a credible news source reporting this then I may reconsider some bloke with 99 subs doesn't quite fit that description.

Any alleged factual claims must be supported by a valid link to a mainstream media source.

As noted in my post, mentioning Biden was, of course, patently obvious. That is programmed into the cult's many Trump Candidates.

That the cult also goes after the messenger Jimmy Fallon was a bit of a surprise. A member who boasts continually of being old and fat but pays young females for sex, goes after Fallon for some upskirt thing? That's hypocrisy as only a MAGA can do. MAGA Class hypocrisy.

I did rather expect a certain peripatetic individual to comment "Fallon isn't funny", as he has done with Colbert and Kimmel, but he hasn't shown up yet. Of course, one would need a sense of humor to find any of those successful late night talk show hosts funny, and MAGAs lack that basic human quality. The joke is on them.

Oh my!

At the 3:43 mark of the video, we have the man with the nuclear codes spurting out:

"The Nobel preece, well, you know" (hands raised,as he tries to recover from his brain flatulence).

One does not need a medical degree to know there is something seriously malfunctioning in the old guy's brain. I wouldn't be surprised that if one looks up "Aphasia" in a medical text, this video clip is used as an example.

If that is your uncle at Thanksgiving dinner, you can laugh as uncle's declining function, but when it's the sitting President of the United States, it makes one shudder. Somebody needs to sit the guy down and take away the nuclear football, as well as his phone. There's not much "there" there anymore.

May "preece" be with...well, you know.

I don't know, should anyone respond to Yagoda?

A guy with 20.9 k triggered posts, mostly one line, mostly incomprehensible.

It was funny a while back when he tried to portray himself as normal after revealing his strong admiration for the masculine qualities of Pete Hegseth.

But he has kept his platonic love for strong masculine leaders on the down low since that time and he just isn't as entertaining anymore.

This is a different Jimmy of course but the show is no secret and it was a fun show of its time - a bit stupid. The sort of show where if you think Benny Hill was sexist - and there is a fair argument for that - then fine - but one has to acknowledge that the main theme of the show, as for Benny Hill, is the foibles and hopelessness of men chasing women. Often self deprecating humour.

In Spinal Tap Nigel defends there sexist album cover by saying - what's wrong with being sexy.

David St. Hubbins states, "It's such a fine line between stupid, and uh... Clever,"

People got the joke - which was on the hosts and everyone else - mainly on men but sometimes on women and whoever else too. Kind of took guts in that crossing the line had huge risks back then too - it's not like the fight against sexism wasn't a thing at the time. Aspects are totally cringe today but he was young and young people - in the time the show was on - get a bit of a pass for the parts that crossed the line a bit.

Trump is semi senile his senility is only increasing and often times he appears to be almost completely incoherent, rambling on and on about absolute nonsense just trying to fill the time.

"lt must be because of M.I.T., my relationship with M.I.T., very smart. I say, 'What would happen if the boat sank from its weight and you're in the boat and you have this tremendously powerful battery, and the battery is now underwater, and there's a shark that's approximately 10 yards over there?" Trump said. "By the way, lot of shark attacks lately. Did you notice that?"

During a meeting with the European Commission president, Ursula von der Leyen, abruptly switched from discussing immigration to saying this: “The other thing I say to Europe: we’ve – we will not allow a windmill to be built in the United States. They’re killing us. They’re killing the beauty of our scenery.”

Trump proceeded to speak, non-stop and unprompted, for two minutes about windmills, claiming without evidence that they drive whales “loco” and that wind energy “kills the birds” (the proportion of birds killed by turbines is tiny compared with the number killed by domestic cats and from flying into power lines).

The abrupt changes in conversation are an example of Trump “digressing without thinking – he’ll just switch topics without self-regulation, without having a coherent narrative”, said Harry Segal, a senior lecturer in the psychology department at Cornell University and in the psychiatry department at Weill Cornell Medicine. Segal said another characteristic of Trump’s questionable mental acuity is confabulation. “It’s where he takes an idea or something that’s happened and he adds to it things that have not happened.”

A high-profile example came in mid-July, when Trump claimed his uncle, the late professor John Trump, had taught Ted Kaczynski, better known as the Unabomber, at MIT.

Trump recalled: “I said: ‘What kind of a student was he, Uncle John? Dr John Trump.’ I said: ‘What kind of a student?’ And then he said: ‘Seriously, good.’ He said: ‘He’d correct – he’d go around correcting everybody.’ But it didn’t work out too well for him.”

The problem is: that cannot possibly be true. First, Trump’s uncle died in 1985, and Kaczynski was only publicly identified as the Unabomber in 1996. Second, Kaczynski did not study at MIT.

“The story makes no sense whatsoever, but it’s told in a very warm, reflective way, as if he’s remembering it,” Segal said. “This level of thinking really has been deteriorating.”

I got rid of – just one I got rid of the other night, you buy a house, they have a faucet in the house, Joe, and the faucet the water doesn’t come out. They have a restrictor. You can’t – in areas where you have so much water they don’t know what to do with it. Uh, you have a shower head the shower doesn’t uh, the shower doesn’t, you think it’s not working. It is working. The water’s dripping out and that’s no good for me. I like this hair lace and [sic] – I like that hair nice and wet. Takes you – you have to stand in the shower for 20 minutes before you get the soap out of your hair. And I put a, a thing – and it sounds funny but it’s really not. It’s horrible. And uh, when you wash your hands, you turn on the faucet, no water comes out. You’re washing whole – water barely comes out it’s ridi – this was done by crazy people. And I wor – wrote it all off and got it approved in Congress so that they can’t just change it.”

“Any fair-minded mental-health expert would be very worried about Donald Trump’s performance,” Richard A Friedman, a professor of clinical psychiatry and the director of the psychopharmacology clinic at Weill Cornell Medical College.

He added: “If a patient presented to me with the verbal incoherence, tangential thinking, and repetitive speech that Trump now regularly demonstrates, I would almost certainly refer them for a rigorous neuropsychiatric evaluation to rule out a cognitive illness.”

It's the fact that he thinks it's some sort of gotcha - Kimmel when he was younger may have made some poor judgment calls - nothing too serious and he is judging it through woke lens of today's pc world when he should be celabrating it's male vigour. Anyway in the law court of AN it's ruled out of order.

HEY!!!

That's MY line!

You don't have permission to use it.

OK, maybe this once.

Anyway, as to the topic at hand. I am not sure I would trust a diagnosis from the likes of Jimmy Fallon- what are his medical credentials? Seems all he is good at is extracting clapter from trained seals.

I dont support the misogynistic voyeurism he clearly suffers from.

If they caught Trump watching one y'all would say he is watching exploitive child porn.

Its pretty well known by folks who live in the USA and understand why Kimmel is a hypocritical failed comedian whose competence to provide folks with a medical diagnosis is only beleived by folks who spend their life in a hate Trump delusion.

You should google what the Feminists used to say about Jimmy LOL.

I found the video you shared mildy erotic what;s the problem - they appear to be consenting adults ? Methinks you do protest to much. Plus "upskirting" as I understand it is whenit is done covertly without the permission of the upskirted. Since this doesn't appear to be the case here ladies and gentlemen of the jury and adding the fact that it was against the rules I suggest the henious slur should be struck from the record.

I support Trump!! but that doesn’t mean I support every single thing he says or does.

I can agree with someone overall and still call them out when they deserve it, that’s just being honest not being in a “cult.”

And honestly, I just don’t find Kimmel funny. That’s not a political statement, it’s just my opinion!

Most late night shows have turned into an anti-Trump monologue every night, why? because Trump keeps them relevant and gets ratings.

Without Trump, half those guys would probably be doing commercials for sleep aids by now.

People can disagree politically and still laugh at a good joke. The problem is a lot of late night comedy stopped trying to be funny and started trying to be political first.
