Well Cuba does need help and badly.

I know Trump is trying to take over Cuba and I would rate his chances good for hat.

However, what's his motivation?

Anything to do with the good of the Cuban people?

I'm very doubtful.

More dem humanitarian efforts aka systemic progressive initiatives are a curse on law & order.

Americans need to wake up .Sanctuary jurisdictions are a threat on safety with foreign nationals committing crimes , serving a sentence in jail and being let out in the community again.Once a individual commits heinous they should be held responsible and deported.
