I am looking for some IC-4 rated recessed downlights.

IC-4 means they are safe for use in direct contact with insulation material and won't overheat or catch fire.

Any ideas?

Don't know about here but in the States, ALL LED can lights are rated for direct contact with insulation.
Even installing LED bulbs in non rated cans is acceptable

Thre are both IC and non IC rated LED can lights available in the USA. Obviously you use the IC rated ones in insulated ceilings but for other uses the single can ones (as opposed to double can in the IC rated ones) can be used.

OP. If no rating system exists for Thai sold products look for double can ones as they will then at least mimic the USA rating system.
