I'm thinking of buying a mini PC, as cheap as possible.

It doesn't need to be high specification, as its only use will be as an emergency backup if my main PC goes down. It will only be used for occasional web browsing and watching pre-downloaded videos.

I don't need Windows as I am happy with Linux.
