The regime is doing what it has done since the late 70's,a hallmark of hybrid warfare through proxies rather than pure conventional conflict. They lost everything , its crippled to the point its giving weapons to children,its finished.

The USA since 1984 has condemn Iran as a state sponsor of terrorism.

“If the aggression against Iran is repeated, the promised regional war will this time spread far beyond the region, and our devastating blows will crush you,” the IRGC say in the statement published to their website Sepah News, indicative of a state sponsor of terror .
