Judges Ruling in a strict, LE oriented (traditional) manner,News

Featured Replies

The Trump admin just swore in a record 82 new immigration judges , the largest single class in DOJ history , as part of its push to slash the massive court backlog and speed up deportations. Most of these new judges come from prosecutorial backgrounds like former ICE attorneys and military JAG officers, replacing many who were let go in the recent overhaul.

CBS News’s clearly disapproving coverage of the move, complete with quotes from activist lawyers objecting to using deportation judges, is a good indicator that it’s law enforcement oriented.

This targeted hiring shift is designed to produce faster, stricter decisions based in the actual immigration statutes rather than Marxist/progressive humanitarian interpretations.

I love tradition, especially when past administration benefited by traditional immigration law enforcement.

I do expect the Marxist NGO ACLU to be fraught with objections in many of these cases.

These new judges are intended to reduce the massive court backlog and accelerate final removal orders, directly supporting higher arrest and deportation numbers tracked by ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations.
