American living in Thailand you tube is blocking my VPN anyone have a recommendation for one that you tube will not block/detect ? Want to watch amc Mad Men Thanks

Change the location of the VPN ?

Also, you can use Opera browser that has a free built in VPN and you you can also switch locations within that one too.

Just did that would not connect asked for a refund already.

I've used Nord for many years.
Zero issues EXCEPT on my Macbook. Its an issue they caused and haven't been able to fix
We have as many as 8 devices at a time and never a hiccup except as noted.

Interesting, because I have ExpressVPN and it often mafunctions on my MacBook. It takes ages to connect to a hotel WiFi or doesn't connect at all. It's a MacBook issue because I have had no problem connecting to any WiFi from Android with ExpressVPN.

What I do then is create a hotspot on my mobile phone and connect the MacBook to it.

Strange, when every other vpn provider let me down, Expressvpn was the only one who I never had a problem with, and I had mac, ipads and also android devices.

Back then I was struggling with discovery who had the olympics. Never had one single problem for 10 years with streaming services world wide.

I would tak to their customer service, or ask ai if it can help solving your problems. Might be your device as someone suggested.

Forget about purchasing a VPN...

A more reliable solution would be to stream directly to your device, bypassing YouTube and the like.

Which devices do utilise to view your media? TV? Tablet? Mobile phone?

All of the above?

Did you register for their Media Streamer service? Personally, unless you need to use the service on a regular basis, I wouldn't bother spending on a VPN/SmartDNS service, when there are other more efficient options available for less.

Its a realively new thing with macs. It worked great until the last 6-8 months.
I understand it came from a mac update. nord needs to fix it on their side because apple never will.

Browsec was reccomended in a recent thread.

I deleted all my other free vpns now.

I did not know if this helps ricky52

Mullvad VPN.

I share my friend's from US Nord. Works pretty good I guess.

Don't need it for SSA or Treasury Direct fyi.

My Firefox browser just updated and now has a built in VPN.

The update is progressive so not all users will get this function at the same time.

I use SMART DNS as my VPN and am reasonably satisfied with it........but am interested to know how Firefox compares to Chrome?? All answers welcomed.
