It targets full-time students in basic sciences and strategic technologies, identifying fifteen priority fields essential for national innovation and development.Eligibility for scholarships includes a top finish in national or international competitions, or academic achievements such as a combined score of at least 22.5 in key subjects in the national high-school graduation exam.
