Some here are addicted, I reckon they would possibly, try to hurt themselves.

On Androids (mine is version 16) you can set a "goal".

Settings > Digital Wellbeing and parental controls

I just got that today too & same as you was only on there maybe 5 min?

I take a day off now and again. It’s brutal to be in a cab without my phone though

I have to plan ahead and bring a book.
