Earlier he's found out that if something arrives "by sea", it actually means it arrives on a ship. And most recently he found out that the word "dumb" has a silent letter "b" at the end.

So will someone actually tell the dumb s**t that an increasing budget deficit isn't the flex he thinks it is?
