Asus Laptops

Featured Replies

I see a lot of secondhand Asus laptop computers offered for sale. Are any good? Are they being dumped because they are no good. Were they very popular and people have fallen out of love with them?

Opinions please from members who have used them and/or are still using them.

I bought a Vivobook 16" about 6 months ago. Cost £370 on Amazon. Snapdraggon X processor, 512gb storage........works very well, certainly fast enough for what I need, but I'm no PC expert............It's lightweight and my only gripe is that, on mine, (no idea if it's common) the speakers vibrate through the body at 40% volume and up.... and if it's on your lap, it's not ideal. Nothing that a cushion doesn't fix though. I can live with it for the price I paid and have an external speaker when needed anyway....Charge lasts forever and screen is decent enough for my needs........
