It's done Online I don't know were it goes it doesn't state were it goes It could go to Bangkok who knows I am in Hat Yai Songkhla I don' think that makes a difference.

Online TM47 is processed by the local immigration for the address on the report. Someone at the immigration office processes them locally. They are not all handled in Bangkok, unless your address is in Bangkok.

My belief is that IO'S don't want 90 day reports done online because they want boots through the door. It keeps them in a job with the possability of kickbacks.

  • online 15 days to 7 days BEFORE only

Or just accept the fine and wait until you have to go to CW for your Extension. The fine is the same if you're 2 days or 11 months late.

Gonna have to disagree here. At least twice in the last year-and-a-half I've gotten a REJECTED on a first sub, and subsequently did re-subs right away which resulted in APPROVED on each occasion. This is for CW.

This is why I recommend doing the report two weeks before the due date. That gives you a buffer to do a re-sub if you get a REJECTED off the bat. In fact, I've gotten an APPROVED on a third re-sub after twice getting REJECTED. True, this has happened.

As it's said, 'your mileage may vary'.

Thanks, I only know from my past experience, and I deal with Pathum Thani, so it may be different.

Moral of the story is:

1. Fill in EVERY box regardless of mandatory or not mandatory.

2. Keep versions of earlier 90 day application forms and fill in the new application form exactly as previous, NO deviations.

1. Completely agree. I can still recall the time I had an online report rejected because I'd left the phone number field blank.

2. Might be worth noting that, once you've entered your passport number and nationality, a spyglass will then appear which, if clicked on, will then display all the fields exactly as you had completed them for your previous report. The one particular field which you should not overlook for updating, though, is the date your permission to stay expires if you've obtained an extension since your previous report.
