Recommendations for a good skin allergy specialist Chiangmai area

Featured Replies

My Thai wife is suffering from severe skin irritation in the form of raised lumps all over her body but mainly arms, back of the neck and around the edges of her face. It is increadibly itchy and continued scratching leads to scarring. It all started about 2 years ago with an itchy scalp while living in Australia. Each trip to Thailand has seen a flare up of her condition which is now systemic and chronic as we have moved here full time. She has visited numerous hospitals and private Dermatology clinics who all prescribe Steroid injections and creams which aleviate the symptoms for a short while.

I believe her condition is caused by an allergen(s) and steroids are treating the symptoms rather than addressing the under-lying cause.

If anyone can recommend a good allergy specialist in Chiangmai area I would be very grateful.

Best regards Mike
