I'm training to be a boxer

Well I'm heading to Pattaya soon but I have started a boxing course at the YMCA in Australia for mature aged persons

Now I usually hit the gym 4 times a week so thought I was fit

Omg we had training of hitting the pads 80 times non stop them 1 minute break 60 times and I was out of breath

Now strangely there was old guys there who had no muscle but were hard hitters and could go 10 minutes without getting out of breathe

Unfortunately I got hit in the nose accidentally and it hurts so I decided to go home early

But doing boxing although I only done it once so far is has made me a fighting machine, I was shadow boxing walking home !!

I'm not sure if there is boxing only gyms in Thailand but at our age over 60 we don't need hard fighting styles like muay Thai or Ju jutsu it's too hard on our old bodies

.try boxing instead of your mature aged

Some have both muay and weights. I know a friendly one.

I agree. There's a muay Thai gym steps from us. I don't box but the folks there, trainers and boxers, are really friendly. They have separate sessions for women.

So you tried in Australia already.💀

Please be careful; brain injuries or brain damage or even brain malfunction is quite common

If you take a violent blow to the head and suffer from brain damage, nobody on here will be any the wiser.

Go for it big man!

Did you scare anyone?

Be careful, you may get sent to the asylum for assessment.

Pop into venom on soi Kophai, I'm sure they have something to suit you.

I call total BS on this like nearly every post this clown opens. No gym would start of oldder guys with this repetition. Omg we had training of hitting the pads 80 times non stop them 1 minute break 60 times and I was out of breath. BS

You sit behind a keyboard doing nothing but criticise people who do far more than you.
