How much could you collect if Gemini had to pay you for its hallucinations?

Or, is this a non-issue?

Do you ever become so miffed with Gemini, when it hallucinates, that you feel like taking Gemini to court?

I don’t care when Gemini lies to me, but some do.

Recently, a court in Germany has handed down a ruling that may hold Gemini legally responsible for…..FIBBING…..

So the court ruled that Google is liable for False statements generated by AI - I wonder what that same court think of statements generated by some Politicians?

I have recieved incorrect answers to the same question from Gemini, Perplexity, Co-Pilot and Chat.

Ai is good and bad, But definately all the operators who rush and integrate and automate their services on Ai are totally irresponsable. They should be punished by law and not Google who any case been selling out rubbish for quite some time and it's up to the consumer not to get trapped.

We have always had to fact-check what we read.

It is no different with reading text generated by AI.
