Two Tier Policing and other justice in the UK.

I thought about opening a new thread on British justice and Sentancing. This is aimed at sentances given from judges, as a few members on here think Judges have to judge on CPS laws or work to a set of guidelines this is not true. I have posted this video of a ruling handed down by a judge on Three teens that raped two underage girl. It has caused a lot of distress due to the judges comments and his non custodial sentancing so much today it will be sent for Court of appeal for a referal.
