Everything points to his guilt. The judge in the civil case even referred to the crime as rape. He was civilly convicted of sexual assault.

A few days ago the DoJ was legally ordered to release the remainder of the Epstein files, and redact all names for for the victims. Among those documents would be additional tens of thousands of times Trump's name was noted, including in the 4 FBI interviews where a woman claims Trump demanded a BJ from her when sh was 13 years old, all arranged by Trump's bestie Epstein.

The Supreme Court has denied hearing the $5 million assault/defamation verdict.

Trump can still request hearing from SCOTUS next session October on the $83 million defamation only case which is the original case filed while Trump was still President first term.

(Judge) Kaplan said that lawyers for Trump and Carroll had over three years to make DNA an issue in the case and that both chose not to do so

After refusing to provide Trump’s DNA sample, his lawyers recently switched tactics, saying they would provide his DNA if Carroll’s lawyers turned over the full DNA report on the dress.

(Judge) Kaplan wrote in an order that Trump had provided no persuasive reason to relieve him of the consequences of his failure to seek the full DNA report in a timely fashion.

And the judge noted that the report did not find evidence of sperm cells and that reopening the dispute would raise a “complicated new subject into this case that both sides elected not to pursue over a period of years.”

DNA can come back indecisive whether you believe you are innocent or not.

Secondary Transfer: DNA is incredibly sensitive. Your skin cells can transfer to an object, a location, or another person without your knowledge. Innocent explanations rarely matter once your profile is found in a database

And in this case it turned out the DNA was not sperm so they could have somehow gotten Trumps DNA and put it on the dress years later than the supposed encounter.
