Problem international calls with Viber app

Featured Replies

I use the Viber app and have a subscription for Unlimited worldwide calls. Its been working fine but now i cant call mobile phone numbers in other countries, the prefix etc is there..what could it be thats blocking the app from making the calls?

Maybe Viber knows

Is the subscription still active?

Has your phone got data?

Have you tried on a different internet network?

Is your WiFi fast enough?

Have you updated the Viber app?

Have you restarted your device? (PC / Phone)

Have you restarted your router?

Have you tried on a different device? Eg. PC or Tablet?

Just trying to see if it's the hardware or software.

Yes i have, been using the Viber account for about 1 year and no problem..its like something blocking international mobile calls which is strange.

Try toggling the Airplane mode for 10 seconds then turn it back on to reset your network connection.

This won't help but it will allow me time to run out in a field and pee since toilets are scarce in call centers ☎️

I'm just about out of ideas. I have Viber and never had a problem.

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?

Have a look in the Caller ID settings.
