I have Prime, never heard of coupons, Gemini told me the best way to pay, better than what i could find online

HDPrime don't accept True Money coupons anymore.

You have to transfer money into their bank account.

You used to have to transfer money in to their bank account (Naruemon), but that's no longer the way according to their website which states:

"Bank Account - Please be aware that our old bank account (Naruemon) is no longer usable, do not make any deposits there. We now have a new bank payment gateway to use instead.".

The website now advises:

"We are doing a trial run of a new bank payment gateway. This is a semi-automatic payment system, you must make a transfer to the account provided, then upload the payment slip for verification.

We recommend opening the site from the phone that has your banking app to make it easier to upload the receipt.

or email us at [email protected]"

Anybody using Krungsri bank made a successful payment using this ?
I can't get mine to work .

As I do not have phone banking this is not possible.

All queries to HD prime on telegram have gone unanswered as

have requests to streamboxplus.

In this case you can transfer as usual to our backup bank account. Bank SCB. Name: A D Account: 357-4-1***-***. Once you have made the payment, please send back a copy of the bank transfer receipt so we can double check.) Now if you answer, could you please verify that,

Catch-up is working, or not working, as like you I've tried several times to with emails to HD Prime I the last few weeks with no response. Thanks.

They're making it too difficult to make payments.

I might resurrect one of the old IPTV threads to see if there's any decent, new options.

(I'm going to bail on Prime) I've been having a few issues with Prime, and would like to uninstall it then reinstall, to see if it would make any difference, but I cant find HDPrime TV anywhere on my laptop, I've asked google and done everything it suggested, all to no avail, if you or anyone else reading this can enlighten an 81 year old with not much technical knowhow, cant understand why its not in downloaded apps, would be much appreciated.

HDPrime is a website not an App.
There is no installation just their web address

HDprime do have an APP.

Download procedures are on the main page of their website.
