Creatine does not have any direct effect you normally feel. For people who have trained hard for years, it is different. They know their body, their normal strength, and how their muscles usually respond, so most will notice fuller muscles, an easier pump, and some strength gain within a few weeks.

Runners, casual gym users, and people who do not train hard will often feel little or nothing. Creatine still works, but the effect is much easier to notice when you regularly push your muscles.

Completely nonsense and false information. There is no difference to being untrained or trained if it comes to creatine, also the overall extra mass you gain is very little. The extra strength as one of the benefits is a matter of consistent intake, and enough intake depending body size and age (older needs more).

How old are you and what is your length/weight? You would need to take at least 5-10 grams a day if not already. Not sure in terms of what results you hoped to see or what you did see, you just get a tiny bit of extra volume from holding more water, otherwise it's just like a battery extension to be able and do more repetitions or a bit more weight than without. If you are 65+ can easily do 15-20 grams.

For the benefits of more mobility and slowing down aging on multiple fronts, this is long-term usage, not a magical fix from what already is what it is. It works to prevent things to come or to slow it down at least. There is no other magic to creatine. Few weeks too short to tell for that too, think they say its 2-3 months before noticing that if noticing at all. Its easy to not know sleeping worse until you sleep very well one night.

I commented on the felt effects, not on how creatine works in each individual body. The scientific evidence and peer-reviewed studies speak for themselves, and that was not what I commented on.

Nice nick you got there. Welcome to the board.

Probably, the biggest effect you will feel will be in your wallet.

From AI, and as always, avoid AN advice until you have a physical, blood work check up, with emphasis on you Kidneys & Liver, as they filter the crap you take.

3-5gr is normal dose, use caution with mega dosing ~20gr for extended periods.
