Two Tier Policing and other justice in the UK.

Featured Replies

Claims of more Two Tier Policing have just been reported with the White Birmingham lad attacked by two blacks. Basically two blacks attacked a white lad in a busy city centre in Birmingham. A female officer slammed the lad against a shutter and arrested him for assault while the 2 black youths calmly walked away. There were claims of Two Tier policing and the way this female office handled the assault. West Midlands were quick to arrest him in a scene reminicent of Henry Novaks police officers actions. This latest case has now been dropped by the CPS with no evidence being put forward for a case.

... allegedly.

The white lad was arrested for striking the policewoman, not for the affray with the black lads.

“The victim in that offence chose not to make a statement to officers, but we were able to identify the offenders as a result of our investigation.

“Two men were interviewed under caution for that offence and have now been given out of court disposals."

So the white lad refused to make a statement which could have led to charges being made against the two black lads that assaulted him.

Nothing to see here (as usual), move along now.

I'd say the lad arrested wrongfully has a case of wrongfull arrest and Detention and even the police officer using offensive language on him. The two blacks were only arrested after CCTV and pressure mounting from the public otherwise the would have tried to brush it off. It would be different if it was the other way around if it was 2 white lads attacking a black man, be classed as a racially aggravated assault.

Claire would have been a great MP, but regrettably she died in 2010.

Ethics

Firstly, I wouldn't pay more attention to ethnicity of the perpetrator than the crimes committed.

Then, in cases where there is absolutely no doubt of guilt, I'd bring back the death penalty.

Another day another misleading thread by the British riclag.

And then scattergunning about a dead agony aunt and a lifetime serving murderer. Self radicalising from a constant diet of GB News.

Unlike you, I never feel that some members are "going after" me, but maybe that's you projecting how you see contrary opinion?

When you have a rip at BBC or Sky, and what you perceive as the "bad" opinions on mainstream media, nobody calls it disruptive. But as soon as someone calls out you or your clique on your views, you pull the thread red card out and threaten to report people for an imagined breach of your misinterpretation of forum rules.

You dislike discussing your "good" views with those who don't agree with your "good" views. You see any counter arguments as disruptive to your "good" viewpoints.

Why is that?

How much weight has she put on????

Without seeing the initial trip and punch, the policewoman judged Harper as the potential aggressor because he was the one moving toward others.............and she 'contained' him........something and nothing being milked by Robert (Ozempic) Jenrick.
