Upgraded to Shark Spartan helmet

I already own a 1 year old Shark Ridill 1.2 Phaz that I bought for cheap last year. It's a nice helmet but very basic and I put helmets through the wringer I ride almost every day. And when I bought mine I didn't know they had already upgraded the 1.2 to a newer, supposedly much better 2.0.

So, this year I ran into some extra quid so I spent a day and a half looking for a newer, better helmet online. They wanted 9,000 baht for a Ridill 2.0 I had bought my 1.2 for 5,600 I just didn't think 9k was a fair deal. Probably cheaper than the shops though. However, I saw a Shark Spartan Carbon for 14,500 knocked down to 13,000. That was a no brainer!!

I got the helmet delivered to me in 2 days and my god it's a work of art. So much lighter, sleeker and the materials are such higher quality. They included an extra shield too, something I didn't get with my Ridill Phaz. It'll take awhile to break it in but I'm now very happy I've got a good used helmet and a fantastic new one.
