I believe that day of reckoning will be coming sooner than later and they will he held responsible for their lack of taking meaningful action to stop this international disgrace.

No wonder it's a divided America , also Blue states pay more taxes to the Government,

especially California, while Red Southern states ,rely on extra funding from government.

So, the blue states should retain their taxes to pay for natural disasters in their own state without getting it back from Washington? How about all states look after themselves with this sort of funding. It could also include unemployment, social security, etc. The red states could then look after themselves without using the demon dems tax money.

Without knowing the details from the OP, I'd bet dollars to donut holes that any refusal of disaster aid is from a refusal to document and audit where that aid is being spent. And the reason that Blue states look like they're being targeted is because they stink at documenting and auditing where they're spending federal funds.
