Pacific Cross Group Health Insurance through Pattaya Expats Club

Featured Replies

I am a 72 year old British Citizen married to a Thai Lady and living in Udonthani on and off since 2004.

I have a Group In-Patient Health Insurance with Pacific Cross in Thailand which I obtained after I joined The Pattaya Expats Club some years back; previously the Health Insurance was provided by AXA in Thailand and then taken over by Pacific Cross in Thailand.

I have had claims every year nothing major and they have always paid except once when they refused to pay as all Hospital test were completely normal.

The yearly premium has been increased the past years due to previously claims however I still find it reasonable when I have compared this with other providers.

I am insured for 1.7 million and can use the best Hospitals (always stayed in Suites) in Thailand and last years Premium was 125 000 THB.

I am just wondering if other Members have a similar Group Health Insurance with Pacific Cross in Thailand and what is your experience with them.
