It seems a month ,or even sometimes a week doesn't go by in Australia with another 'Royal.Commission ' announced ,either state or Federal .Yes there are even government offices permanently staffed with RC staff . Bureaucratic madness and total waste of public money ..my Aussie friend used to tell me . Today South Australia announced a RC on 'Artificial Intelligence ' what utter nonsense. Any Aussie expats have a view?

Are you from Oz, which state? Have a look at what RC have brought to lite, then see who does there best to prevent implementation. Bravo to SA for this AI move tho!

Mate, Royal Commissions are just a way of passing the buck so they don't have to make decisions themselves. You are right, just a total waste of money and time.

Mate, there is no one in SA with enough brains to understand what AI is doing. By time they release a report it will have progressed far beyond what they are looking at now.

They need to have a Royal Commission into why there are so many Royal Commissions. 😂

Albo resisted the Royal Commission into Bondi, that's because the findings will be damaging to the Federal and State governments. Mainly, ASIO did not communicate to NSW Police about the gunman being on a watch list, so the state police could cancel his firearms license and confiscate his guns.

No the debate was about RC on Anti semitism in Australia .It is a total waste of time and money and Albo knew it was pointless . Nobody will accept what it says because everyone already has their own views.
