I want to make a short term loan agreement and am offering my car as collateral and wonder if someone could translate this into Thai please so I understand exactly what I am signing and then there is no reason for dispute at a later date. I can copy, paste and print it onto paper and fill in the details (name, date) myself.

I ...(name here) ... agree to pay in full the sum of (xxx Baht) loaned to me by ... (name here) ... on or before ... (date here) ...

If I fail to pay (xxx Baht) on or before the date as stated above I willingly agree to transfer my car ... (car make and registration number here) ... as full and final settlement of the above debt over to ... (name here) ...
